Line House is a calm, modern home designed for a young couple, where simplicity and function shape every decision.
The architecture follows a clean, linear concept—low, horizontal volumes with a flat roof and wide overhangs—creating a strong connection between the house and its natural surroundings. The exterior uses a restrained palette of light concrete, glass, and subtle landscaping, keeping costs efficient while still feeling refined. Large windows open the home to views of trees and greenery, bringing in natural light and making the outdoor space part of daily living.
Inside, the design continues this idea of effortless living. The open-plan layout combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas into one fluid space that feels spacious yet practical. Materials are natural and budget-conscious—light wood tones, stone surfaces, and soft textiles—layered to create warmth without excess. The interiors are mostly neutral, accented with touches of deeper color for character without overwhelming the space.
