This residential project was built around contrast. Industrial elements meet soft finishes to form a space that feels strong, modern, and reflective of the city’s vibrant energy and identity.
Inspired by Kyiv’s creative edge, we mixed exposed brick, metal mesh, and old wood in unexpected ways. Zones were carved from one open space using light, elevation changes, and subtle materials shifts.
The client wanted a place that felt urban yet warm. We brought in leather, velvets, and graphic lighting to contrast the rough shell. Handmade elements like a plaster headboard wall helped soften the vibe.
This was a bold and expressive home. Every piece — from vintage finds to custom steel shelving — had a story. Kyiv’s spirit lives in this apartment, from its industrial bones to its unapologetic charm.
